At Dreamtime Tales Limited we pride ourselves on the quality of our product and our customer service.
Here are our terms and conditions: 1. Postage We endeavour to despatch all orders received within 48 hours of them being placed. The estimated time of delivery will vary depending upon where the product is to be delivered to. We are currently offering free worldwide postage. Postage costs are normally as follows:
Postage is normally charged on a per address basis. If you wish to send two CDs to two different addresses, you will have to place two separate orders and will be charged each time for postage. 2. Our Money Back Guarantee If for any reason you are unhappy with your Dreamtime Tales CD purchased on this website, we will refund 100% of the purchase price (less postage) provided that the product is returned to us within 7 days of receipt. The purchaser must cover the cost of returning the goods to us and the goods must be received in a resaleable condition for a refund to be issued. The address to which UK purchases should be returned to is: Dreamtime Tales, 21 Saltersbrook Road, Darfield, Nr Barnsley, South Yorkshire S73 9BE. Please include your contact details and reason for return in your package so we can identify the item as your order and please send an email if possible to indicate that you have returned the product. For purchases made in New Zealand or the rest of the world, please email within 7 days of receipt to arrange for the product to be returned and a refund issued. DO NOT SEND your CD back to the UK address because we cannot guarantee to receive it within 7 days. The email address you should write to is sales@dreamtimetales.com. 3. Our 100% Audio Guarantee All our CD products are professionally replicated. They are not burned via a computer process. We can therefore offer a 100% audio quality guarantee. In the highly unlikely event that the CD you receive does not play correctly, we will supply you with a replacement product on receipt of your faulty goods. In the first instance, if you receive faulty goods, please email us immediately at sales@dreamtimetales.com and we will advise you what to do next. 4. Our Secure On-line Payment System and Commitment to Data Protection We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information. We protect your credit card information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. When paying by credit card, you can choose to "save this card for next time". If you choose this option, your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS). Your credit card details are not held by Dreamtime Tales Ltd and cannot be accessed by Dreamtime Tales staff. The personal information that we keep on file will be held in accordance with the law.
